For optimal convenience, ACT will directly bill insurance on behalf of our patients. Our billing representatives work to get your claims paid with as little intervention as needed.

Payment Processing

We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit card payments*. Please note that we are charged a service fee when making credit and debit card payments—this fee is taken off the amount applied. For more information, please visit our Online Payment page.

We are able to process one-time and recurring payments for payment programs.

To make a one-time payment online, click the "PAY ONLINE" button at the top of this page. Please include the patient's last name, first name, and chart number. Your chart number can be found on your billing statement. If you need any help finding this information, please call us.
